We are committed to ensuring you receive timely, accurate, and responsive service.

Should you have any questions, concerns, or issues with your pension, the Board’s Plan Manager, Ontario Pension Board (OPB) is prepared to assist.

  • If you have concerns with your pension entitlement or service delivery, contact OPB directly.
  • OPB will acknowledge receipt of your concern within 1-2 business days and perform a thorough review. A response will be provided as soon as possible.
  • If you still aren’t satisfied, OPB will assist in escalating your concern.
