The Provincial Judges Pension Board oversees the administration of the Provincial Judges Pension Plan and investment of two trust funds for sitting and retired judges, and their survivors including eligible children. In carrying out the duties under our mandate, the Board has a fiduciary obligation to act in the interest of the Plan’s beneficiaries.
