Correction to Family Medical Benefits Premium

A recent review identified a manual data entry error affecting the cost of Family Medical coverage under the Judicial Group Insured Benefits Program.

Since April 2026, retired Judges who have elected the monthly premium for Family Medical coverage have been incorrectly charged at $13.23 instead of the correct rate of $13.43.

We have corrected the premium rate which will be effective with the October 22, 2026 payment.

As a result, affected members may see a one-time adjustment of up to $1.20 on their October payment to account for the previously underpaid premiums. The total adjustment will not exceed $1.20. Information about this correction will also appear on October and November ADP statements for affected Judges.

No action is required.
