Your 2021 Retired Member Statement is now available online

If you’re a retired member of the PSPP, you will receive your Retired Member Statement for 2021 in the mail shortly. In the meantime, you can view your Retired Member Statement and annual cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) letter in your e-services(opens in a new tab) account. If you haven’t already registered for e-services, you can easily do so online(opens in a new tab).

Your statement outlines key information about your pension entitlement, including your personal cost-of-living adjustment (COLA). Along with your statement, you will also receive the latest issue of OPB News for Retired Members with articles we think will interest you. Read the latest issue online now.

One of our new articles announces our plan to offer members the option to receive a digital RMS starting next year. This means that you can opt in to receive your RMS online via your e-services account, in an efficient and environmentally-friendly way. Get all the information here.

Please note: If you’re a survivor, you will receive a COLA letter in the mail from us this month. If you’re a TVO or ONTC member, you will receive your RMS in June 2021.
