Darwin Bozek PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Darwin Bozek is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Ontario Pension Board (OPB). A seasoned pensions executive with more than 30 years as a senior leader in public service, Darwin was appointed to the transitional position of OPB’s President and Chief Pension Officer in February 2024.
Prior to joining OPB, Darwin served as President & CEO at Alberta Pensions Services Corporation (APS) from August 2017 to January 2024. His prior roles also include Senior Assistant Deputy Minister of Alberta Treasury Board and Finance; Controller for the Province of Alberta; and Chief Financial Officer for the Alberta Investment Management Corporation.
Darwin holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Alberta, is a Member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta, graduated from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) Directors Education Program (DEP), completed the Senior Public Sector Leader Program at Western University’s Ivey Business School, and in 2020, was awarded the Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta (FCPA) Designation.

Marc Rondeau EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT & CHIEF PENSION OFFICER
Marc Rondeau is the Executive Vice-President & Chief Pension Officer of the Ontario Pension Board (OPB) where he plays a pivotal role in supporting the long-term sustainability of the plans under its care. A passionate champion and advocate of defined benefit pensions, Marc’s responsibilities include leadership of OPB’s strategic plans, plan funding and growth, policy, legal and advocacy, actuarial services, communications, and stakeholder relations as well as regulatory affairs. Marc also works closely with our investment team on engagement and oversight of our investment and asset manager, IMCO.
Marc is a seasoned leader and people-centred public sector executive with an extensive record of delivering strategic outcomes and enhancing customer service. He is a thought leader with deep governance experience through multiple board oversight and support responsibilities, a trusted advisor, skilled negotiator, influencer, and communicator that is called upon to lead complex provincial and national scale initiatives because of his proven abilities to bring divergent perspectives to consensus.
Prior to joining OPB in 2023 as Senior Vice-President, Plan Management, Marc served as the Associate Deputy Minister of the Centre for Public Sector Labour Relations and Compensation at Ontario’s Treasury Board Secretariat – a role he held for five of his 35 years in progressively responsible roles with the Ontario Government. Marc holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Mila Babic EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT & CHIEF CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER
Mila Babic is the Executive Vice-President & Chief Client Services Officer at Ontario Pension Board (OPB). Mila joined OPB in 2013 as the Vice-President of Client Services and most recently served as Senior Vice-President of Client & Advisory Services. In her role as EVP & Chief Client Services Officer, she sets the strategic direction and oversees the team responsible for delivering exceptional client service to 93,000 members and 84 participating employers.
In line with OPB’s mission, her team provides information plan members need throughout their careers to effectively plan their future, and Advisory Services delivered by in-house Certified Financial Planners® to help members understand how their pension decisions fit into their broader financial and life circumstances. Mila also leads OPB’s pension modernization program in partnership with our Chief Technology Officer. This program is transforming our business processes and systems to meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders, deliver operational efficiencies, and enhance employee experience with the tools they use to deliver services.
With extensive pension industry experience, Mila has held a variety of transformational leadership roles, including those in stakeholder relations, strategic planning and analytics development. Mila has a passion for leadership development and supporting diverse high-performing teams to deliver service and operational excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University and an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Chris Kautzky Chief Investment Officer
Chris Kautzky, CFA is the Chief Investment Officer of Ontario Pension Board. Prior to joining OPB in 2019, Chris served as Managing Director of Aon Hewitt Investment Management Inc., Aon’s outsourced CIO business in Canada. At Aon, he provided strategic asset allocation and investment management services for defined benefit pension plan clients, and led a high-performing team across multiple functions, from portfolio management to compliance. Earlier in his career, Chris held the position of Senior Manager of Product Development at HSBC Global Asset Management, and also held various roles at HSBC Bank Canada. He has served on numerous committees, including those related to global investment and global pension risk, and been a speaker at several industry conferences. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Chris also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University.

Valerie J. Adamo CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Valerie J. Adamo is the Chief Technology Officer of Ontario Pension Board (OPB). Prior to joining OPB in 2014, she served as the Chief Technology Officer at Health Shared Services in British Columbia, where she oversaw the technology infrastructure for healthcare in the province of BC, supporting six Health Authorities with more than 125,000 clients. Valerie also served as the Vice-President and Chief Information Officer at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. In addition to her IT role, she was the executive sponsor for a major IT-enabled business transformation program, which successfully digitized the front end of the claims process. Her teams are the recipients of numerous awards, including recognition by the Smithsonian Institute, CIPA’s and GTAC & Gartner awards for innovative use of technology. In her personal time, Valerie is an active life, career and executive coach, a member of her local school board’s Special Educational Advisory Committee, and also represents VOICE – an organization dedicated to supporting children who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Armand de Kemp CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Armand de Kemp is the Chief Financial Officer at Ontario Pension Board (OPB). With more than 20 years in financial leadership roles at OPB, Armand heads up the finance function at OPB. This includes financial reporting, treasury, business planning, audit, and the pensioner payroll. Armand is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Prior to joining OPB, he held a variety of primary financial executive positions with technology startups and small enterprises. Armand served as Vice-President/Senior Manager with Deloitte and was a Chartered Restructuring and Insolvency Professional (CIRP) and Trustee in Bankruptcy. His early career was with Deloitte (Touche Ross) in their audit practice in Ottawa. Armand holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University.

Jasmine Kanga CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES & CORPORATE SERVICES OFFICER
Jasmine Kanga joined Ontario Pension Board in 2015 as the Director, Human Resources and was appointed Vice-President of Human Resources & Corporate Services in 2017. In 2023, she became OPB’s Chief Human Resources & Corporate Services Officer. A seasoned HR executive with more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the Ontario public sector, Jasmine has extensive expertise in organizational design and transformation, labour relations, and learning and development, with a strong focus on leadership enhancement, talent management, and building high-performing teams. She is deeply committed to and passionate about employee engagement and experience, and in her current role, leads the HR team in the delivery of the full range of HR functions, including strategic talent management initiatives and programs, employee engagement and experience, learning and development, health and wellness, and the advancement of diversity, equity and inclusion at OPB. She is also responsible for overseeing a broad range of corporate services, including compliance, enterprise risk management, internal communications, facilities management, and executive administrative support. Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts from Western University.
